Everything was just as planned. The set up was all done by the time I walked in at 11:00 am. The look was very classy and elegant and that is just what we wanted with the Winter Wonderland touch.
The presentation of the food was very appealing and the flavors were delicious and enjoyable.

I have worked in the event planning arena for many years, and without a doubt this event was 'simply the best' for the University of Miami, thanks to your commitment, dedication and teamwork. Without the contribution of your team and you personally going beyond what was expected, we would not have achieved the level of success we did.
I know that this event was one of the biggest and most complex for Fine Food Events, you did a great job. Thanks for your invaluable contribution to our team for this event. We look forward to many more.
